1. Project Cancellations

• Before work begins – If you cancel a project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.

• After work has begun – If you cancel after work has started, refunds will be partial and based on the stage of completion. Costs for completed work, resources, and time spent will be deducted from the refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

​

• Once final deliverables have been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing information).​

3. How to Request a Refund or           Cancellation

​

To request a refund or cancel a project, please contact us in writing at the email address provided below. Refund requests must include:

• Your name

• Project details

• Reason for cancellation/refund

4. Processing Time

​

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
