THE CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
The brief was to build a luxury fragrance brand identity and packaging that could sell online, where the product's most powerful quality, the scent itself, can't be experienced.
So how do we give a voice to the scent?
We started with the science of scent. Every fragrance has three layers: top notes, middle notes, base notes. We used that structure to build the logo itself, each layer of the mark corresponding to a layer of the fragrance. For colour, we went for the comforting colours of earth; sage green, warm browns, and beige.
The result was a fragrance brand identity that communicated its closeness to nature and felt organic. The client liked it in one go. With minor changes to the logo the identity found its home.

THE RESULT & IMPACT
Today, Veuroma is a well known up and coming brand for perfumes.
The packaging performed extremely well on screen and translated seamlessly to shelf. Within a year of launch, Veuroma opened their first brick-and-mortar store in Mumbai.
The founders gained the confidence from the sales to expand physically. The visual identity defined at the time of the exercise carried on to the aspects of interior design.
"Suramya successfully delivered the project, meeting the client's expectations and helping them establish a strong brand identity. The team's quick turnaround on iterations and changes, along with the deep understanding of the client's business needs, were key to the engagement's success." — Huzaifa Ratlamwala, Co-Founder, Veuroma.
